Located in Ulsoor Road, the project has been designed to suit corporate.
Prestige Dynasty is a commercial building designed for IT offices and located near a key traffic node on Ulsoor Road, now fully leased and occupied by Citrix. The project has two blocks designed as two independent entities, fused together with a triple storey glass link in the middle. The link block extends legibility to a grand plaza, carved out of the office blocks, for pedestrian and vehicular entry. The floor plates are designed as flexible entities with all provisions necessary for effective functioning of an IT office.
The configuration of the floor plates also provides for generous day light harvesting. The facade is replete with high performance finishes and materials to present a contemporary image to the building. The materials used are in line with climatic considerations. The site is also profusely landscaped to create an ecosystem of its own while providing a green buffer insulating the inhabitants from the traffic on the main road.
The green ambience provided at the entrance acts as a prelude to the experience throughout the whole project. The building is also equipped with the latest mechanical parking systems to cater to the parking needs of the users in a busy section of the city.
