Tata Motors's car spare parts showroom in Bangalore

The showroom will be India’s second and Karnataka’s first TOP showroom and sales outlet. Two TOP Shoppes: Real Automobiles and Grand Auto Spares were also inaugurated in the City.

With a view to promote customer comfort, safety and comply with emission standards, passenger cars have become technologically advanced, thus, making it imperative to have such showrooms that offer original spares to customers, round the clock.

With Prerana Automotive, a spare part distributor for Tata Motors’ Passenger Car Business Unit in Karnataka, Tata Motors has taken a step in this direction. The company endeavors to ensure the promotion of original spares which in turn guarantees performance and reliability of Tata vehicles and further strengthens a long lasting customer relationship.

Tata Motors’ Passenger Car Spare Parts has recorded a turnover of more than Rs. 800 crores in FY 2010-11, for its car and multi-utility spare parts business.

The spare parts business has been instrumental in elevating the customer satisfaction Index over the years and Tata Motors’ Passenger Car Spare Parts have been benchmarked as ‘TOP’ with a view to increase market share and maximise the customer satisfaction.
