The court had earlier directed the Lokayukta police to investigate the complaint on illegal denotification of land in two instances at Rachenahalli and the encroachment of a public road in Nagawara.
The complaint was filed by advocate Sirajin Basha.
Hearing adjourned
The Special Lokayukta Court has adjourned the hearing of the bail plea of Vinod Goel of Janthakal Mining Company, one of the accused in a private complaint filed against State Janata Dal (Secular) President, H D Kumaraswamy, to October 7.
Vinay Goel did not appear in the court and his advocate filed an application seeking exemption from appearance on the grounds of ill-health (severe back pain).
Vinay Goel has not appeared in the court during the last few hearings, citing health reasons.
