International Hindi meet in Hubli

The event is being jointly organised by Sri Kadasiddheshwara Arts College, H S Kotambri Science College of the city in association with the Agra-based Central Hindi Institute.
It will be attended by over 200 delegates, including those from six foreign countries.

Dignitaries

KLES Board of Management member Shankaranna Munavalli told reporters on Tuesday that Dr Om Anand Saraswathi from Rajasthan, Hindi professor Vinay Kumar Singh from Banaras University, Dr Tejaswi Kattimani, Dr M Dhavan and Dr V S Sadhunavar would be among the writers to be present on the occasion.

KLES Chairman Prabhakar Kore will preside over the event to be held at BVB College.
As many as 180 papers will be presented at the eight sessions and a poetry meet will be held in the evening on the first day.

The valedictory function at 3.30 pm on the second day will be presided over by retired professor Chandulal Dubey.

Scholars Panchakshari Hiremath, retired principal V V Hebballi and retired professor T R Bhat will be among the guests.
