Speaking at the inaugural function, DF CEO Sandeep Sugula said that the company’s USP is customer empowerment. “We give our customers tangible discounts, single source for the residential primary market of the country,” Sugula said.

According to him DF’s ‘buy together’ concept works against retail buying. We help property buyers to come together, form groups, negotiate prices with builders and based on the bulk-buying size, get discounts between Rs 100 to Rs 300 per square feet  from builders, he said.

To work this out, DF has brought in a multichannel approach which includes its portal, tie-up with brokers, offices in metros across the country and a state of art call centre.

Budget centric
DF currently has 7,600 residential project specific groups and 2,000 location and budget centric groups of home buyers spread across major metros in the country. The Pune based company also offers discounts for buyers taking advantage of the pre-launch offers, which were earlier restricted to investor community.

DF offers end-to-end personalised support and services ranging from project finalisation to site visits to registration at zero cost. DF produces a reverse report using budget vs distance and demonstrates the entire pricing grid, size grid, and budget grid inclusive of pre-launch offers to buyers.

“We provide customers with pricing/budget matrix for every square meter of major metros in the country. We provide services like mapping buyers preferences and budget, mapping preferred community, bookings, registration, payments, etc free of cost,” says Sugula.
