150 sustain eye injuries during Diwali in Bangalore

Of the 150 injured,  ten people "suffered permanent damage to their eyes", sources at eye hospitals said.

While Narayana Nethralaya received more than 50 patients, Minto Eye Hospital received 30, Modi Eye Hospital 12 and, Samprathi Eye Hospital 5. The remaining were being treated at other private hospitals.
