Painful injury on the sets

arwar Ahuja aka Pankaj of the show Jyoti met with an accident on the sets of the show. Sarwar, who plays a blind man in the show, injured his hand while shooting for a sequence.  Says Sarwar, “There was a shot where I am angry with Jyoti. So I go furiously
towards the bathroom and bang the door. But unfortunately, while banging the door my other hand remained inside and it got bashed badly.”

That must have hurt real bad right? “Yes, but such incidents do happen while shooting. But now my hand is perfectly alright,” he laughs. On what’s the next high point in the serial, Sarwar says, “Jyoti will continue to help her family come out of their despair and I will continue playing a dutiful husband.”

Fighting in the jungle

Sony Entertainment Television presents Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao on August 19 at 10 pm.

Watch Aakashdeep, Marc Robinson, Aman Verma, Chetan Hansraj and Jay fight it out with Mona, Anaida  and Chitrashi on the programme. Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao airs every Monday to Thursday at 10 pm and Friday at 9 pm. The show’s concept has been inspired from the British reality show, I’m a Celebrity… Get Me out of Here. The programme revolves around ten Indian celebrities, who have been flown to Malaysia, where they will have to stay in the jungle in an outdoor camp with little or no
luxury amenities.
