JOIN USDr K N Shankara, former Director, Isro Satellite Center and currently Prof Satish Dhawan Professor, Isro, Bengaluru will be the chief guest.
The programme is being organised jointly by the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore and Karnataka Science and Technology Academy of Department of IT and BT.
About 300 students and 75 teaching faculty members from VTU affiliated Mysore Region Engineering colleges including Mysore, Hassan, Chamarajanagara and Mandya will be participating in the programme, according to a press release.
Two special lectures will be delivered on the topics: “The Science of Clouds – from Lab, Sky and Space” by Prof Roddam Narasimha and “Some Innovative Applications of Space Technology for Future” by Dr K N Shankara, said the release.
