happy Keira KnightleyIn love with anonymity

Actress Keira Knightely feels lucky that paparazzi’s interest in her has subsided after she finished working on ‘Pirates Of The Caribbean’.

The 26-year-old, who started her career with Gurinder Chaddha’s ‘Bend It Like Beckham’, says she can now walk in a hotel lobby without being hounded by photographers.

“I was different then to now, you change with experience. But my level of fame is not as big as Brad Pitt’s, thankfully. At the time of ‘Pirates...’, I had a crazy time where very simple things were very difficult. I had about 20 guys standing on my doorstep, so going for groceries became incredibly difficult. I just didn’t go out,” Knightley said.

Just a professional relationship

The Dabangg girl had praised Ranveer and shown interest in working with him.
She even went on to say on a chat show that she would love to date the Band Baaja Baarat actor, which fuelled the rumours.

Also, they had a blast at the IIFA awards together this year in Toronto while performing on stage, as both gelled pretty well and were seen sharing a good chemistry.

However, this was followed by reports that Sonakshi was irritated with Ranveer’s over-friendly behaviour and hence started avoiding him, a thing which the actor denies.

“I share an entirely professional relation with Sonakshi. I have done a photo shoot with her. We have danced together at IIFA. Whatever has been written or talked about us is perpetrated,” said Ranveer at the launch of ‘Phantom’, a newly-floated production house, whose maiden venture will be Lootera.

“I don’t know where these reports are coming from. May be because we are in the same territory as we debuted in the same year and are of the same age. These things are bound to happen. But it is alright,” he said.

While Sonakshi said, “Yes I had praised Ranveer for his work. But it was all misconstrued. Others are only talking about him and me. It is all part and parcel of our job and we can’t do much about it.”

The two will be seen romancing in Motwane’s forthcoming period love story, which will go on floors this December.

Both the actors are really excited to be working together. The film, which is written and directed by Motwane, is likely to release by the end of next year. Motwane received a lot of praises from both critics and audience for his debut venture, Udaan, which released last year.

‘This is the happiest phase of my life’

Suniel Shetty says he’s signing films and receiving adulation from fans even after two decades in the industry and can’t ask for anything more.

“The love, the affection I get in the industry is something that I am very happy about. I can’t afford to complain. I never planned to do cinema and I am still here. Still signing films, still doing a lot of work.

I still say no to films. What more can I ask for?” said Suniel.

If he is content with his professional life, he is equally happy in his personal life. “I am always happy. I have got two beautiful children, a happy family. When I am not working, I like to spend time with the family. I am an outdoor guy and I love playing sport,” he added.

Flattered by compliments

Actress Juhi Chawla felt ecstatic when her idol, melody queen Lata Mangeshkar, complimented her during a casual conversation. “And this evening I happened to speak to Lataji. And she told me I’m one of her favourite actresses (sic),” Juhi posted on her Twitter page recently.

Legendary Lata has sung for Juhi in numbers like Tu Mere Saamne, Main Tere Saamne, Darwaza Band Karlo and Khamoshiyan Gungunaane Lagi.

“Lataji is my idol. Whenever she playbacked a song and I enacted it, I felt so blessed! Told her that myself. But am so thrilled. Can’t believe she said what she did to me. I can’t stop smiling. It’s the beeessssttt compliment eeevvveerrrr! Thank you
Lataji,” added the 44-year-old actress.

Juhi, last seen in Onir’s ‘I AM’, has been signed for Ajay Devgan’s next production ‘Son Of Sardar’, in which she is expected to feature opposite Sanjay Dutt.

‘We all are not best friends’

Actress Nikki Reed admits that the cast of ‘Twilight Saga’ never got along very well and that there is no chance of them staying in touch in future. The 23-year-old, who plays Rosalie Hale in the vampire movie franchise, says the relation among the actors has changed from when they started out on the first movie, ‘Twilight’ in 2008 to the recent filming of ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Parts I and I’.

“In the beginning, it was innocent and fun, and we were like one big happy family — it was like being at a sleepaway camp,” said Reed. “And then success came along and changed the dynamic. We are not all best friends, and we are not going to hang out together after the final movie is done,” she added.

Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Kellan Lutz and Taylor Lautner are also playing the lead roles in the franchise.
