The programme duration is spread over 12 months, with 9 months campus training and 3 months internship with one of the branches at Kotak Mahindra Bank.<br /><br />Guaranteed job placement <br /><br />Kotak will provide financial assistance as well and guaranteed job placement on the successful completion of the course. The curriculum deals with specialised banking knowledge and managerial skills including all aspects of relationship management. <br /><br />A monthly fixed allowance of Rs 2,500 to meet pocket expenses and living expense during 9 month on-campus period will be paid. <br /><br />A monthly stipend of Rs 20,000 will be provided during the internship. <br /><br />The course can be scaled up to a full-fledged post graduate business management programme - Masters in Business Administration (MBA), the release added.<br /><br /></p>
