The leaders of the forum said that a meeting was held on Monday evening attended by MLA H S Prakash and the deputy commissioner, and was assured to take suitable steps after consulting the KSRTC divisional officers and other authorities.

Hence, the forum has decided to give 15 days time. If the authorities fail to take steps within the deadline, the protests would be intensified, they warned.

But, they were stopped by the police as it is not allowed at the DC’s office premises and seized them.

Secretary Dharmendra said that though a meeting was held between MLA H S Prakash, deputy commissioner K G Jagadish and KSRTC divisional controller Basavaraju there was no clear decision, but the forum has given a 15-days deadline.
