'Shades of women' in city

Sunita Deshpande Yaradi is organising an art exhibition ‘Shades of Women’  from December 25 to 29 at Bharani Art Gallery. She has exhibited her works at Kala Academy, Goa, in October 2011, Chitra Kala Parishat, Bangalore, in August 2011 and Renaissance Art Gallery, Bangalore, at April 2009.

Sunita has a masters degree in fine arts from Gulbarga University.

Recently she got an opportunity to teach and thus was able to spend a lot of time educating children in art and crafts.  For this she was honoured with ‘Kalashree’ award in 2005 and ‘Best Art Teacher’ award given by Indian Royal Academy of Art and Culture in 2004.

Sunita later shared her creativity to the outside world by exhibiting at Renaissance Art Gallery, Bangalore, in April 2009. These works created from her innermost thoughts are related to love and affection. It describes love as an emotion of strong affection and personal attachment.  The art work represents how important love and affection is in all aspects of life.
