Ketamine worth Rs 1 cr seized at BIA

The value of the seized consignment is estimated to be about Rs One crore in the international market.

The arrested is Ayyub Yaqub (38), a native of Chennai. He was trying to smuggle Ketamine to Bangkok through Thai Airways flight on Thursday night when the Customs officials grew suspicious on him. They searched his baggage thoroughly and found the consignment in his suitcase and baggage. The customs officials are interrogating him.
