CBI to attach Indira Bishnoi's properties

The CBI will attach the properties of Congress Luni MLA Malkhan Singh’s sister Indira Bishnoi anytime now as she continues to be elusive in the Bhanwari Devi murder case for nearly a 100 days while a rally was held in Jodhpur on Sunday to protest the alleged harassment of Malkhan Singh’s family by CBI.

A CBI court, the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, had in January ordered the attachment of Indra’s properties after the deadline for her to surrender expired on February 10. The agency had also posted a notice outside Indra’s residence, warning her to surrender at the earliest.

Indira, who has been missing since October 31, is a key link in the entire conspiracy to abduct and subsequently eliminate Bhanwari.
