Capita sets up its 5th office in City

The operations will commence with AXA Sun Life contract, a new deal announced earlier this year. Capita became AXA’s strategic outsourcing partner for administration of around 3.2 million of its life and pensions policies. As part of this contract, approximately 250 staff in Bangalore and another 300 in Pune will commence operations from Capita facilities. Capita India will provide administration support for ‘protection’ product of Pearl Group with a team of around 100 staff from its Bangalore office.
