The Japanese managing director of a MNC here was found dead in a park in Sushant Lok area Monday, police said, adding it seemed to be a case of suicide.

Tsutomi Omori, 49, was found dead in the park of Icon Appartments in Sushant Lok.
The MD of Olympus, Omori was living alone. His body, hanging from the park's boundary wall, was discovered by gardener Ram Kumar and the police were informed.

"We found two notes on the spot, one is an envelope with ‘confidential’ pasted on it, addressed to Omori’s family members. The second one is on ordinary paper. Both the notes are written in Japanese. We still not know what is written in the letter. The sealed envelope would be opened in the presence of his family members,” said a police officer.

Investigating officer Lal Singh told IANS that the Japanese embassy has been informed about the incident.

"Prima facie, the case seems to be of suicide. A language expert has been called to read out the notes found on the spot. Omori had also written a sentence ‘I am sorry for bothering of you’ in English on one of the notes," he said.

Omori's neighbours told the police that he seemed to be mentally disturbed for the last few days.
