Realising the value of money

Popular: Rohit Shetty Film-maker Rohit Shetty made an interesting revelation on ‘Big Switch 3’. While talking about his struggle, he shared that his first ever pay was as little as Rs.35.

The aim of the show, aired on UTV Bindass, is to make the contestants appreciate the value of hard work and hard-earned money. So that got Shetty, the show’s ‘Godfather’, nostalgic about his struggle days. With a meagre sum of Rs 35 as his first pay, the Golmaal director says he would cover long distances on foot because he didn’t have money to afford public transport.

In his words, it is important for the show’s contestants to learn kaudi-kaudi ka bhaav (worth of each penny).
