In each episode, Bridget explores five tantalising beaches and immerses herself in everything from fishing in the mornings to late night Hawaiian meals. ‘Beach Watch’ airs on TLC on March 14 at 11.30 pm.

Not in a day’s work

Watch ‘Cop Out’, starring Bruce Willis, Tracy Morgan and Adam Brody, on HBO on March 14 at 9.30 pm. Jimmy is a veteran detective whose missing baseball card collectible is his only hope to pay for his daughter’s upcoming wedding. Paul is his “partner-against-crime”.

The two cops find themselves tangling with a merciless, memorabilia-obsessed gangster, rescuing a Mexican beauty with the key to millions in laundered drug money and everything else that’s not in a day’s work for the detective duo.

Family matters

Colors presents Balika Vadhu on March 14 at 8 pm. Jiji tells Anandi and Jagya to plan their family and both get uncomfortable hearing this. Jiji gifts a frame and a statue of Shiva and Parvati to Jagya. Further in the episode, watch on as Kalyani tells family members that she wants to celebrate badi Jiji’s birthday in a grand manner and also wants it to be a big surprise for her.

Hitting the jackpot 

Gold Rush Alaska’ airs on Discovery Channel on March 14 at 8 pm.

In the face of an economic meltdown, six men will risk everything to strike it rich, mining for gold in the wilds of Alaska.

Todd Hoffman of Sandy, Oregon, along with his father, is leading a group of greenhorn miners in search of the American dream and a new frontier.

While leasing a gold claim in Alaska, Todd and company must ward off bears, build homes for their families and keep the operation running as they take fate in their hands with a make or break venture that will change their lives forever.

The men put it all on the line in the biggest gamble of their lives and the hunt is on to strike it rich or go bust.

A whole new world

Big CBS Prime presents ‘The 4400’ every Monday to Friday at 8.30 pm. Over the last century, thousands of people have gone missing. Suddenly and inexplicably, 4400 missing people return all at once.

Unclear what this world altering-event means, the government investigates the 4400 to piece together where they have been and why they have been returned. It quickly becomes apparent that their presence will change the human race in ways no one could have ever foreseen.

In the episode to be aired on March 14, watch on as one year after the events on Highland Beach revealed that the 4400 people were taken and returned, the world is a much different place.

Some action for the soul

UTV Action presents ‘The Forbidden Kingdom’ on March 14 at 8.45 pm. Michael Angarano plays the role of Jason, a teenager living in Boston, who is a great fan of martial art movies.

The movie takes a turn when Jason gets a chance to travel back in time to ancient China and free the Monkey King (Jet Li) who has been turned into a statue by Jade Warlord (Collin Chou).

The movie also stars Jackie Chan and Liu Yifei in pivotal roles.
