Delivering the valedictory address, renowned theatre artiste Kasargod Chinna said that theatre is a unique stream that instills imaginary power, competence of independent confidence, reminiscence grasp in the artiste, further making him an ideal art technician.
Youth should never take theatre for granted. It is a group medium. Individuals here have an offshoot role to play. There are plenty of stars in the film industry without the theatrical background and they by no means can be deemed as actors. An actor is different from a star. Experience is the only means of knowledge of art in theatre, he opined.

Even though Kasargod is geographically part of Kerala, it is culturally involved with Karnataka. There are as many as 300 Kannada theatre groups in Kasargod, he said.
Shiroor mutt Seer Laxmivaratheertha presided over the programme.

Rangabhoomi President Anand Ganiga, Vice-President Tallur Shivaram Shetty, Camp Director Natraj Thiptur and others were present.
