One more Telangana fanatic burnt himself in Warangal town on Monday afternoon adding fuel to the separate statehood movement.

Thirty-year-old autodriver Raja Mouli set himself ablaze near the Public Garden at Hanamkonda in the Telangana town shouting “Jai Telangana” slogans. A schoolgirl, who took Mouli’s auto in the morning, said the driver was upset with T Congress leaders’ remark. “Uncle was upset with Renuka Chowdhary’s statement that Telangana is not an instant coffee,” said Sangeeta (14).

Mouli’s death is the second such incident in the last two-days after L Bhojya Naik, a second-year MBA student died recently after immolating himself reportedly depressed over alleged anti-Telangana statements of some Congress and TDP leaders.

The TRS and other political parties have given a Telangana bundh call on Tuesday (March 27) in protest against the suicides of two youths and demanded the Centre and the state government to move the Telangana bill in Parliament.

Meanwhile, the state Assembly could not take up any business as the entire opposition trooped into the well of the House.
