Fence charred in Srinivaspur

Many instances of fences, on the sides of Srinivaspur-Kolar Road, being destroyed by fire are reported over a week. 

Mango and other trees by the road sides are also said to be partly destroyed.

Bushes grown on the sides of roads caught fire and the spreading fire has charred the fence and mango trees. This has also affected the animals as after incidents of forest fire, animals started taking refuge under the bushes. 

Incidents of miscreants setting the bushes on fire are on rise. This has led to huge losses for the farmers and in loss of valuable forest resource. But no action is taken to prevent this.
