Eashwarappa inaugurates work on Datta Peeta

The Minister who visited the peeta on Tuesday offered pooja in front of the cave. Later, speaking to presspersons, he said “government has given prioroity to repair Datta peeta. The work will be completed by March.”

When the Minister’s attention was drawn towards the demands of Sangha parivar to condcut ‘trikala pooje,’ appointment of Hindu priest and shifting of tombs, he said the issue is pending before the court. “We will abide the verdict of the court.”
