Stressing upon the fact that the usage of SaaS model will reduce the cost considerably, BIRetail Director (product engineering) Niraj Jaipuria, said “ We have able cut costs through the SaaS model and because we offer a ready and packaged solution with customised reports, graphs, and charts the customers need not invest in hardware infrastructure also.”
He further pointed out that the software is that it can be installed in four weeks and even an untrained retailer can easily use the applications. BIRetail has signed up with seven customers and aims to achieve a turnover of Rs 50 crore within five years.
