MCC staff get class on stress management

 How to manage time and stress? That’s what the staff at Mysore City Corporation (MCC) learnt in a workshop spread over four days, that concluded on Thursday.

Captain (retd) Krishna Prasad the resource person taught the staff in four batches spread over equal days from June 18.

The staff comprising the main office and also nine zonal offices attached to the civic body  attended the workshop. They were given tips on how to manage time by splitting the jobs or plans and also to overcome stress. With stress hindering the field staff at times, the workshop was planned with the go ahead of MCC deputy commissioner K N Dharmappa.

The tips also covers food habits, that also has a role in managing stress.
As many as 160 personnel underwent (while half of them have underwent till Wednesday) the programme, after the work hours from 4 pm to 6 pm. The old council hall in the first floor was the place.
