Experience the magic on screen

Catch the ‘Kings of Leon Live at O2’ rock concert on June 30 and July 1 at 8 pm on Big CBS Spark. ‘Kings of Leon’ has a background so exorbitant in rock mythology that it almost sounds made up.
The performance given by ‘Kings of Leon’ was so phenomenal that it was released a year later as a DVD — the band’s first. The ‘Live at O2’ concert consists of a 22-song set, selected from all four of the band's albums. The track list includes their super-hit songs like ‘Notion’, ‘Be Somebody’ and ‘Fans’.

The band's retro-chic look and blend of Southern boogie and gritty garage rock was a complete sell-out to over 18,000 fans who attended the concert at London’s O2 Arena.

Across different worlds

‘The Golden Compass’ is a fantastic tale of alternate worlds — a world where people’s souls walk beside them in the form of animals they call ‘daemons’, where a young girl named Lyra has to fight all odds and travel to the strangest of places to rescue her Uncle Asriel and escape her evil mother.

What she manages to do, however, is uncover a startling secret — one which threatens the very existence of the Magistrate and exposes it for the cruel body it really is. Catch ‘The Golden
Compass’ at 10 pm on June 30 on AXN.
