Success at the box office

Bol Bachchan has all the ingredients of an action-packed masala entertainer, and this seems to be reflecting at the box office.  The action comedy opened with earnings of 12.1 crore on Friday and then managed to rake in 14 crore on Saturday.

Ajay Devgan and Rohit Shetty have together managed to deliver plenty of commercial successes — think Golmaal and Singham — and now, Bol Bachchan appears to be their highest opener yet.

In fact, the film appears all set to cross the much-hyped Rs 100-crore mark.  The movie, which blends plenty of masala dialogues and dhamaal entertainment, has Ajay Devgan, Abhishek Bachchan, Asin and Prachi Desai in lead roles.

Trade pundits suggest that  the film is all set to join films like Agneepath and Rowdy Rathore in the 100-crore club.
