Swedish band to rock City

As part of this year’s Dasara festival celebrations, the Department of Information has roped in Swedish rock act ‘Johan Kullberg and his rumble band’. The band, which describes itself as an accordion-rock band will play shows in Bangalore and Mysore for Dasara.

The show in Bangalore will take place on Wednesday at 7.30 pm at the Chowdiah Memorial Hall.  The four piece act’s music is rooted in Scandinavian folk tradition. The band also comprises Markus Karlsson on electric guitar, Urban Danielsson on the bass guitar and Magnus Halen on drums.
