GE gets support in the specialised areas of Application Development Maintenance, Business Intelligence and engineering services, Satyam Mahindra said in a statement. GE has signed a similar contract with 11 other vendors.

After the revival of the company and subsequent re-branding, it has now joined the league of Tata Teleservices and Infosys in giving updates on popular social networking site Twitter.
The company’s tweeting is seen as one of the ways to bring in transparency in its day-to-day operations. Besides company updates, Mahindra Satyam’s tweets include information about various campaigns being undertaken.
