JOIN USSonakshi Sinha and Akshay Kumar are definitely on a new high. Their last film, Rowdy Rathore was a box office hit and now, they are looking forward to Shirish Kunder’s ‘Joker’, which is touted to be Bollywood’s first extra-terrestrial comedy.
In fact, Sonakshi is hoping that ‘Joker’ replicates the success of her first film with the actor.
“If this film gets a push because of our previous film (Rowdy Rathore), then it would be a good thing for us and our producers. If a pair has worked then it will definitely benefit in future as well,” says Sonakshi, who is just two films old. So far, she has had two releases — Dabangg and Rowdy Rathore — and both have entered the Rs 100-crore club.
When asked if she considers herself a lucky charm, the 25-year-old says, “As far as the lucky charm tag is concerned, you have given me that tag and tomorrow it will be someone else.”
Sonakshi is currently shooting for Dabangg 2, Lootera and Son of Sardar.
