YMCA posted 320 for nine in the allotted 50 overs, riding mainly on contributions from Nawaz (110) and Supreeth (87). The total seemed enough to work with but Ranji CC had other plans.
Ramesh Kumar (74), Aravind S (74), Sarbojeet Das (61 not out) and Arvind Reddy (50) struck half-centuries to carry the team through with six wickets to spare in the 49th over.
