Woman found charred to death

A woman was found charred to death at her residence in Frazer Town Monday afternoon.

Dharani, 26, the dead woman, was married to Vinayaka, a year-and-a-half ago. The police suspect an electric short circuit might have triggered the fire. Neighbours, who noticed smoke emanating from the windows of the victim’s house, alerted the police.
