'I love to spend time with Aaradhya'

Aishwarya Rai is one protective mother. Ever since her daughter was born last November, she’s been adamant about keeping the little girl away from the media frenzy.

Now, she admits that she doesn’t want Aaradhya to get hassled.

A few pictures of Beti B have been doing the rounds, though — most recently at grandfather Amitabh Bachchan’s 70th birthday bash.

“She was a part of the celebrations yesterday. I was  on double duty as she was in and out of sleep. But that is ok, I have no complaints.

I love her very much. I love to spend time with her,” Aishwarya says.

“I think it is the job of media to take pictures or bytes. But as a mother, as a family, we were just trying to be protective. She is too small and new to this world. I did not want her to get hassled.

It was just a natural instinct of being protective,” she adds.
