Maradona discards GF & her pic too

Diego Maradona’s left behind many memories of his recent visit to Kerala, and also the photograph of his girlfriend, Veronica Ojeda, in a hotel room at Kannur where he stayed.

Maradona was in north Kerala on October 23 to open a showroom of an international jewellery group and to inaugurate its air taxi service.

He recently ended his eight-year-long relationship with 34-year-old Ojeda who is five months pregnant with their first child. It is not sure whether he had forgotten to collect the photograph of his Argentinean girlfriend kept on the table adjacent to the bed or just abandoned it. The photograph is the size of a pocket diary mounted on a small stand and most likely carried by him while travelling.

Unconfirmed reports say that 52-year-old Maradona had long heated exchanges with Ojeda when he stayed in the hotel.

A report said that Ojeda had a miscarriage in 2010 and since then the couple wanted them to be blessed with a child. The living football legend, however, has denied permission to give his last name to the son they are expecting.
