A Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court on Saturday remanded Fasih Mohammed, arrested in connection with the Chinnaswamy stadium blasts, in police custody till November 16.
B Dayananda, Joint Commissioner (Crime-East) told Deccan Herald that a special team of the City police has been questioning Mohammed at an undisclosed location.
He said he was one of the key conspirators behind the stadium blasts of April 2010. A senior official said Mohammed, who was working in Saudi Arabia, stayed in New Delhi for three months in 2010.
He did his mechanical engineering course in Bhatkal and was a collegemate of Yasin Bhatkal, a member of Indian Mujahiddeen.
