<p>Sixteen-year-old Nischal Nadhamuni from Bangalore scored 100 percent in a standard test for admission to colleges in the US, Mallya Aditi International School said Saturday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>"Nischal, who is reading in Class 11 in our school, got 2400 out of 2400 in the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), a standardised test for college admissions in the US, by scoring 800 points each in Mathematics, Critical Reading and Writing subjects," the school said in a statement here.<br /><br />Conducted by the College Board, a non-profit organisation in the US, SAT entrance test was developed by the Educational Testing Service to assess a student's readiness for college.<br /><br />"Nischal's performance in the 10th standard public exams conducted by the AICE Cambridge Board early this year was outstanding, getting an A plus or above 90 percentile in all nine subjects," the statement recalled.<br /><br />An avid debater, Nischal participated in inter-school debates and MUN (Model United Nations) conferences.<br /><br />"Nischal is a keen tennis player and enjoyed the sport for seven years, playing in many AITA (All India Tennis Association) tournaments at the state and national levels," the statement added.<br /><br />Nischal also founded SchoolWorks, a project intending to harness the power of social media and volunteers to help state-run schools across the country.<br /><br />With his father's assistance, Nischal created a website -- www.schoolworks.co.in -- using technologies like PhP, Google Maps, Facebook Connect and MySQL.<br /></p>
