End brutal repression against us: Tibetan youth Congress

The Regional Tibetan Youth Congress and Regional Tibetan Women’s Association of Bylakuppe Tibetan Settlement have condemned the Chinese atrocities on Tibetans.

Speaking to press persons here recently, Tenzin Dolma said, by conducting indefinite relay hunger strike since November 22, they have been showing their solidarity with the Tibetan martyrs who self-immolated and those who are suffering in prisons and outside.

She said, the Chinese government has been resorting to violence against them and since 2009, 95 tibetan citizens have lost their lives.

The youth congress and women’s association demanded that the Chinese government put an immediate end to the brutal political repression in Tibet and undo its wrongs and vicious policies against them.

It further said, inspite of their peaceful protest, the Chinese were resorting to violence against them and asked to release all Tibetan political prisoners, including Lobsang Tenzin, Pachen Lama and Tulku Tenzin Delek.

The congress urged and called upon the freedom loving people of the globe to support the cause of Tibet and pressurise China to resolve the Tibetan issue at the earliest.
