Maudany leaves for daughter's marriage

Abdul Nasser Maudany, who has been granted a temporary conditional bail by the jurisdictional court in the City to attend his daughter’s marriage, left for Kollam, Kerala, on a flight on Saturday evening from the BIA.

The special court had granted him temporary bail as requested by him, from March 8 to 12, to attend his daughter’s marriage to be held on March 10, at Kollam, Kerala. The court, with other restrictions, has also gagged him from speaking to the media.

Sources told Deccan Herald that there was some confusion at the airport as the officers refused to allow the armed security men provided for Maudany by the State police, to travel with him. The issue was later resolved and Maudany left for Kollam.
