Bosch plant strike off

The employees union of Bosch Limited, MEA (MICO Employee’s Association), on Monday called off the strike following discussions with the Bosch management on March 9.

The management and the union meeting concluded with a quick resolution on issues, supported by the intervention of Additional Labour Commissioner, the company said in a statement issued on Monday.

An agreement was reached on the working model for the new production line as per well established industrial engineering standards. Based on this, the suspension of one employee has been withdrawn. However, the company said that the enquiry on the employee would continue.

It said that the workmen have resumed work at the factory premises starting from the night shift of March 9.
