‘Yakshagana’

Karnataka Yakshagana Academy and Ananya is holding an event on Make-up in Yakshagana and Presentation of Yakshagana Prasanga at Seva Sadan,14th Cross, Malleswaram on October 25, 10 am to 6 pm.

‘Vajra’

Vajra, the latest dance creation from Madhu Nataraj, is a mixed media collaboration, which encompasses original music, photographic art, interactive multi-media design, martial arts with dance etc. The performance will be held on October 29, 7 pm, at the ADA Rangamandira, opposite Ravindra Kalakshetra. Scholar and author David Frawley will render a half-hour talk on the concept of Vajra, prior to the performance.


‘Bharatanatyam’

Sandhya Lasya, a school dedicated to ‘Bharatanatyam’, is celebrating its anniversary on
October 24 with a Bharatanatyam recital by the students of the school. The event will be held at H N Kalakshetra, National College, Jayanagar at 6 pm.
