Jail bharo by BJP on May 27

The state unit of BJP will stage a jail bharo agitation in all taluk and district headquarters on May 27 to protest against the UPA government’s ‘anti-people governance’.

Addressing the media in Bangalore on Friday, BJP spokesman Ashwathnarayana said rise in prices of essential commodities have left common man hapless. The UPA is involved in series of scams but is still celebrating its fourth year in power. This only shows the concern it has for the masses, he said.

On May 28, a demonstration will be held in front of the Town Hall in Bangalore. Many senior leaders including BJP General Secretary Ananth Kumar would attend, Ashwathnarayans said.
