Not the right role model

Although she’s terrible at her job, she is determined to save up for plastic surgery. A global force

Watch ‘Crossing Lines’ on AXN at 10 pm on July 26. Set in exciting and exotic locations, ‘Crossing Lines’ taps into the charter of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to mandate a special crime unit.

A job gone wrong

Tune in to ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ on Zee Studio at 9 pm on July 26. Matthew McConaughey stars in this legal thriller as a low-rent defence attorney named Mickey Haller. Most of the time, Mickey barely keeps his head above water, representing low-life clients and working out of the back of his car.

He thinks he’s landed the case of a lifetime when he’s hired to defend a rich playboy, who stands accused of rape and attempted murder, and eagerly accepts his new client and the massive payoff that’s sure to come with him. But Mickey soon discovers that he’s become ensnared in a twisted plot and his only hope of survival are his own skills as a double-crosser. The film also stars Marisa Tomei, Ryan Phillippe, William H Macy, Josh Lucas, John Leguizamo and Michael Peña.
