Cut off from his loved ones

In ‘Spider Man 2’, Peter Parker is struggling with the realisation that his superhero alter-ego is alienating him from everyone that he loves. His best friend, Harry  is burning over his father’s death at the hands of Spider Man. His girl friend Mary Jane is fed up by Pete’s inability to commit to her.

As Spider Man, he has to deal with a new enemy, Otto Octavius, a brilliant fusion engineer whose experiment ends up making him a maniac. Watch the film to see how he deals with his many problems. Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara airs on UTV Movies at 4 pm on September 17. In the film, Kabir proposes to Natasha and they get engaged, much to the delight of both sets of parents.

His best friend Imraan goes to the engagement, while a third friend Arjun, living in London, does not attend.

Kabir is a millionaire working for his family’s construction business; Imraan works as copywriter for an advertising agency and Arjun wheels and deals at the London Stock Exchange.

A deal gone wrong

Tune in to ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest’ on Star Movies at 4.04 pm on September 17.

Just as Will and Elizabeth get ready to exchange vows, their wedding plans take a toss when they’re arrested for helping Captain Jack Sparrow escape the gallows. In the meanwhile, Jack faces a watery prison after he goes back on a deal with Davy Jones, the captain of the ghost pirate ship.

Jack reunites with Will and Elizabeth to save himself while taking the help of Captain Barbossa.

A matter beyond race

Catch ‘The Return of a Man Called Horse’ on MGM at 9 pm on September 17. Richard Harris stars in this sequel, which follows the plight of a horribly wronged tribe of Sioux Indians and the white man who decides to join in their revenge. The film also stars Gale Sondergaard, Geoffrey Lewis, William Lucking and Jorge Luke and is directed by Irvin Kershner.
