Improve your digestion

Improve your digestion

As funny as this might sound, when it comes to digestion, it is true that we are what we eat and don’t poop! It is also true that digestion is healing. And if digestion is healing, poop is the measure of health. Most people often flush away this measure without taking a minute to observe it. Smelly much?

You certainly need to improve your digestion then. Pooping like a “rock” star? Well, constipation is indeed painful. Patting a pregnant-looking stone-like tummy? Yes, bad digestion has that effect too. And sooner than you think, indigestion will bring with it backaches, acidity, and gradually lower your entire immune system.

Keeping a strict control of your daily diet can help improve your digestion by leaps and bounds.

If your digestive power is strong, you can save yourself from many health concerns.
