JOIN USArthur Pic’s start to the MRF Challenge could not have been better after the Frenchman overcame a stiff challenge from Tio Ellinas to win the first race of the first leg of the MRF Challenge here at the Buddh International Circuit on Saturday.
Cyprus’ Tio Ellinas settled for the second spot. Japanese driver Yudai Jinkawa was third.
Harry Tincknell, who finished third in qualifying on Friday, slipped out of contention when he was pushed off the track and the race on the first lap. Of the three Indians on the grid, Ashwin Sundar managed to finish seventh. Parth Ghorpade was ninth.
