Looks should not be taken for granted: Sofia Vergara

'Modern Family' star Sofia Vergara feels people who are ageing cannot take their looks for granted.

The 41-year-old actress, who has a 20-year-old son, recently posted a photo of herself in a bikini as she was delighted with her appearance, reported Contactmusic.

"My son took that picture. And I'm like, 'Damn I still look good! I'm going to post this one.' At this age, you don't take for granted a good picture," she said.

The star also said that she is constantly amused by speculation about her personal life and feels important with all the gossip around her.

"I laugh all the time, because what else can I do? I mean at least they're talking about me, no?"I read the most absurd things, like one day I'm engaged, one day because I go to the gym without the ring then I'm not engaged and it's some horrible tragedy. Then the other day I'm getting married, then I'm giving birth," she said.
