It's a casual affair...

College fashion is often characterised by casual outfits which are spruced up with a dash of colour and funky jewellery. While some students prefer to keep their look elegant, others experiment with textures and colours that are in fashion.

Sayeda

A final-year commerce student of Oxford College of Management, chose to wear an elegant outfit. She clubbed a bright orange kurta from Pantaloons with white leggings from Fab India and a white dupatta from Commercial Street.

I like to mix and match when it comes to style. Generally, I wear jeans with a kurta and enhance my look with funky jewellery. Sometimes, I wear traditional clothes too. College fashion is all about comfort and style and I make sure what I wear has all these attributes.

Arfa

A first year fashion and apparel design student of Oxford College of Science, sported a brown kimono sleeve tunic top which she bought from the Tibetan Plaza, white leggings Mother Earth and blue mojris from Brigade Road.

I want to look different everyday. I like wearing fitted clothes and bright colours. College students take fashion very seriously these days and put in a lot of effort to look good.

Pranav Madhusudhan

A second year industrial engineering and management student from BMS College of Engineering, believes in wearing the best brands. He sported a black T-shirt from Kappa, blue jeans from Spykar and bright blue sneakers from Nike.

I associate brands with comfort and like to wear a combination of bright as well as muted shades. Though I prefer to keep it simple, I don’t mind being stylish sometimes.

Milind Mutum

A third year mechanical engineering student of BMS College of Engineering, sported a very casual look. He sported a black and white checked shirt from Wrangler, black jeans from Levi’s and flip-flops from Crocs.

I prefer to combine style with comfort and often wear a pair of jeans and a baggy shirt or T-shirt to college. I also try to accessorise but don’t overdo it. College fashion for me is a smart blend of colours and style.
