R Bharath’s superb eight-wicket haul propelled Victory Cricket Club to an emphatic 191-run win against Government Science College in the KSCA Group I, Division V league for the JB Mallaradhya Trophy here.
Batting first, Victory CC were all out for a competitive 231 in 48.1 overs with handy contributions from Rakshith HR (42), Sachin (37) and Dilip (33).
Chasing 232 for victory, Government Science College were sent packing for a piddly 40 in 12.4 overs as Bharath claimed 8/16 and Anoop Gandhi picked up two wickets.
