Travel advisory to Indians on Ukraine

With Ukraine witnessing mass protests leading to a possible regime change, India has advised its citizens to defer all non-essential visits to the country’s capital Kiev.

The Embassy of India in Kiev issued a travel advisory asking Indians planning to visit the city to defer all non-essential travel for the time being.

Indian citizens living in Kiev have also been advised to keep away from the city centre
affected by the violent protests, and to stay home after sunset.

This advisory will remain valid till Monday, when the embassy will review the situation.
