Rajmohan to take on Sheila's son in East Delhi

Rajmohan Gandhi, the grand son of Mahatma Gandhi will take on Sandip Dikshit, son of former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in East Delhi constituency in Lok Sabha polls as an Aam Aadmi Party candidate.

In its second list of 30 candidates, which it released on Thursday, the AAP has fielded Lalit Babar against home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde in Sholapur in Maharashtra, while it has nominated a senior Haryana leader Naveen Jaihind against Deepender Singh Hooda, son of state chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda.

It has named farm activist Balwinder Kaur against Congress leader Naveen Jindal in Kurukshetra, whereas Bhagawat Singh Armo would contest from Vidisha constituency against senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj.

AAP’s second list has one candidate each from Delhi, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Jammu and Kashmir, three from Rajasthan, five from Haryana, ten from Maharashtra.
