The Pejawar mutt seer Sri Vishwesha Theerta Swami, who until recently was against ascending the Paryaya Peetha for the fifth time during the Paryaya Mohathsava in 2016, is likely to take up the temple administration for the two years.
Speaking here on Sunday at the launch of a website of Thonse Padumane family, which has a legacy of nearly 800 years, the seer said he is most likely to ascend the Paryaya Peetha during the next Paryaya of Pejawar mutt. The seer’s act will be a break from the tradition followed since the time of seer Vadiraja, who performed only four Paryayas.
